Origami is the traditional Japanese art or technique of folding paper into a variety of decorative or representational forms, as of animals or flowers.
You can use the birds to make a bird mobile if you wish -- but for now, here are the directions for making birds.
You will need some 6x6 inch square pieces of light weight paper (or if you can get origami paper that is the best). But using what you have in the house works too. Just cut into square pieces.
And then follow these directions to create your flock of birds. These pages can be printed and stapled into a book.
If you want to learn how to create some other animals or birds you may want to visit the Origami Instructions and Diagrams page on the Internet at https://www.origamiway.com/.
